CATIA: Using Draft Analysis with Imagine and Shape to Optimize Design
This is a useful tool for quickly making moulded plastic objects, such as drink bottles. However before making mould tools it is useful to analyse the draft angles and correct mistakes to ensure that the bottles can be successfully removed from the moulds.

In this video, the green surfaces show correct angles, the red show angles too close to the draft angle and the blue shows unacceptable angles.
Since mould tools come in two halves, the blue side of the bottle can be ignored, however blue patches within the green side cannot be ignored and must be corrected.
